This waxed canvas apron has already taken place as my kitchen workhorse, It's beautifully made, the stitching is super sturdy, pocket layout is great finally have a place for everything while I'm wearing it. I look forward to using it for years to come while wear patterns and stains become engrained in the fabric like stories. The team was also great to work with, I needed some adjustments made and they had it done quicker than I could have expected. I expect my friendship with Chilao to be a long one.

I purchased two items, the buckhorn apron in the rust color and the newcomb log tote. I chose these items as gifts since I had personally seen them at a craft fair where they were on display. The history behind the materials used really intrigued me as well as the quality. The fact that they items are made in the USA with repurposed deadstock materials and 1940's repurposed military d-rings just makes the products more special & unique.

Really impressed with the quality of this apron. The waxed canvas is super durable and liquid resistant. The straps and hardware feel very solid. The extra benefit of it being made in USA and the built in military history is a really nice touch too. Very pleased.
